How it Works
With an active aeration system in the treatment tank, the BioBarrier® MBR Greywater Treatment System allows for reliable permeate flow, eliminates clogging, and delivers exceptional effluent quality from greywater sources in a cost-effective and easy to operate the system.
How it Installs
The BioBarrier® system should be placed as far toward the outlet end of the treatment tank as possible. Before installation begins, check the tank to ensure it is level within ¼” [6 mm] from inlet to outlet and ¼” [6 mm] from side to side. Install the SaniTEE® wastewater screen in the outlet tee of the settling tank/compartment (see SaniTEE® Installation instructions). If a pump tank is used after the BioBarrier system, then this tank must be placed as close to the BioBarrier tank as possible. If the tank is smaller than the minimum dimensional range specified, the BioBarrier® system may not operate properly. The effluent quality could suffer and may not meet site requirements.
Finding the Right Size
It is recommended to check what local regulations are required in case additional information is needed.
